Feb 13. Chocolate and Wine Pairing Masterclass with Joshua & Victoria Cooksey at Marrowstone Vineyards,
2-4 pm
​Join us at Marrowstone Vineyards for a decadent tasting experience led by wine, chocolate, and food pairing experts Victoria and Joshua Cooksey. Joshua and James will guide you through four Marrowstone Vineyards wines along with the Dionysus Zachary James Cabernet, each thoughtfully paired with a specially curated, finely crafted chocolate. Joshua and Victoria have a combined 22 years of pairing expertise! Victoria holds Certificates of Achievement in Chocolate Technique & Mastering Chocolate Flavor from Ecole Chocolat, and Joshua has a rich, professional history in food and wine pairing.
