2023 Viognier

Our bestselling, customer favorite! This is a full-bodied white wine with medium acidity and aromatics of tropical fruits. Flavors of pear, peach, and apricot. Pairs well with most cheeses, pork, and chicken dishes.

2022 Chardonnay

A full-bodied Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel, then put new French Oak for 2 months of aging. Put through full malolactic, secondary fermentation for a great mouthfeel. If you’re a Chardonnay fan, you’ll love this one!

50% Mourvedre 50% Cinsault

Dry, medium acidity, medium body, refreshing with a bright finish. Notes of cherry, honeysuckle, rose petals,
raspberry, and cream. Pairs with seafood and garden salads.

2021 Cabernet Franc

A beautiful nose consisting of floral and ripe berries.
Complex flavors of fresh strawberries and raspberries
followed with a finish of ripe plum. Pairs well with
roasted duck, meatballs in red sauce, feta, and goat cheese.

2021 Heritage Blend

60% Sangiovese, 20% Barbera, 20% Aglianico

A well balanced Italian varietal blend with all the components of
tannin, acid, and fruit. Flavors of black and red fruits, dried figs,
and coffee. Pairs well most Italian dishes! As well as roasted chicken
hard cheeses, olives, and roasted mushrooms.

2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this wine were sourced from Elephant Mountain Vineyard. Dark fruit, violet, graphite and dark chocolate greet the nose. Flavors of dark cherry, red berries with hints of tobacco, chocolate and leather. Really nice fruit tannin structure. Pairs well with steak, burgers, lamb, portobella mushrooms and cheese.

2020 Merlot

Dry, smooth, medium tannins, medium body, medium
acidity, soft velvety with a long finish. Notes of strawberry,
rainier cherries, cedar, plum, tobacco, and dark chocolate.
Would pair well with salmon, pork, and blue cheese.

A light bodied red wine with flavors of berries that shine through as well as grilled plum with hints of leather and dried herbs. A very smooth easy drinking wine.
